Great experience. Brent managed to make my 35 year-old carpet (yes, 35 years!) look almost new. With only two small bedrooms carpeted, I thought it would be like a 30 minute thing. He spent over and hour, and took special care to remove some old pet stains I thought were hopeless. Brent was friendly and explained everything well. I'd recommend to anyone.
